This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).
Processing times may be longer during:
- Holiday seasons
- High order volume
- Product restocks
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

All timeframes are estimates only. smplUP is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, or any other international destination, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
smplUP has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what fees may apply. These are not included in the order total and will not be reimbursed by smplUP.
Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees or declined import taxes are not eligible for a refund. If a refused package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and any associated fees from any applicable refund.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Delivery & Transfer of Responsibility
Once the carrier marks your order as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. smplUP is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
If your package shows as delivered but was not received:
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier for exact delivery details
We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered.
All non-delivery claims must be reported within 7 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date to be eligible for review. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Wrong Address Policy
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we can reship to the correct address — the customer covers the reshipment cost.
Contact us immediately at support@smplup.com if you need to update your address before your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs or import inspections
- Weather conditions
- Peak holiday seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
smplUP is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@smplup.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos or a video clearly showing the damage
- We will replace the item at no additional cost
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
